Position: Project Manager .

Responsibilities: Oversee construction projects from beginning to end, including budgeting, scheduling, and managing a team of contractors and subcontractors. Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

 

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field, minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, excellent communication and leadership skills.

Position: Interior Designer .

Responsibilities: Work closely with clients to understand their design preferences and create beautiful and functional spaces. Select colors, materials, and finishes, and create detailed design plans.

 

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in interior design or related field, minimum of 2 years of experience in interior design, proficiency in design software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, or Revit. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
